1. Creation of a visionary master plan<\/h4>

Freed from all constraints, we created a master plan for the vision of a perfect and future-proof factory. The investments for construction and intralogistics technology were determined on the basis of sound estimates and a very high degree of automation was targeted in order to significantly increase productivity. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Development of the
integration concept<\/h4>

This vision was then examined in terms of the possibilities for integration into an existing plant in terms of infrastructure, employees and regional influencing factors. One of the scenarios developed was finally planned in detail with a focus on integration synergy with other product areas, submitted for an investment decision and then put out to tender on the market.
